About the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Account Manager to work with us. Your main responsibilities will include shaping the company's overall approach to our 360-degree services from start to finish and overseeing multiple projects across departmental and organizational boundaries. You will be expected to perform extensive market research to gather valuable insights and identify industry best practices, then translate those findings into clear strategies and measurable goals. As an Account Manager, you will work with the marketing & creative teams.


Client Management:

·       Daily client communication and updates

·       Building trust and long-term relationships

·       Timely follow-ups and proactive issue resolution

·       Regular client satisfaction check-ins

Client Retention:

·       Conduct regular review meetings with clients

·       Understand client pain points and solve proactively

·       Maintain high satisfaction scores

·       Flag early signs of dissatisfaction and act on them


Upselling / Cross-Selling:

·       Understanding the client's business goals to pitch relevant solutions

·       Conversion ratio of upselling opportunities

·       Collaboration with internal teams to create strategic upsell plans

·       Documented pipeline of potential upsells clients

New Business Development:

·       Networking and lead generation

·       Proposal development and pitching

·       Closing deals and converting leads

·       Smooth onboarding and transition to internal teams


Project & Team Management:

·       Defining roles, timelines, and deliverables for each project

·       Ensuring team collaboration and communication

·       Escalation management

·       Internal resource planning and allocation


Scope of Work Planning and Delivery (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly):

·       Preparing detailed Scope of Work documents

·       Monitoring milestone-wise delivery

·       Reviewing performance against quarterly and annual goals

·       Documentation and reporting


Training and Development of Junior Executives:

·       Conduct onboarding sessions and knowledge transfers

·       Provide feedback and coaching

·       Identify training needs and coordinate with HR/management

·       Delegate responsibilities for development purposes


Account-wise P&L Management:

·       Budget preparation and cost tracking

·       Profitability analysis per project/account

·       Controlling scope creep and resource allocation

·       Billing and collection coordination


Leadership Skills:

·       Strategic thinking and vision alignment

·       Decision-making under pressure

·       Conflict resolution and team morale management

·       Representation in client pitches and senior meetings
