Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management within the advertising or marketing industry, with strong communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations to ensure alignment with deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Project Oversight:
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, media, and production teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure timely approvals, feedback, and deliverables from both client and internal teams.
  • Strategy & Planning:
  • Collaborate with strategy and planning teams to develop innovative marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, campaign performance, and competitor analysis.
  • Budget Management:
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Prepare cost estimates and invoicing in coordination with finance and operations teams.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare and present campaign reports, performance analytics, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management within the advertising, marketing, or media industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of advertising processes, campaign management, and client servicing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
