Account Manager Job Description
· Supervising all the activities connected to Accounts for all group business.
· Ensuring successful processing of all Transactions, such as Bank Transactions, Documentation, Accounting, and Payments, such as Rentals, Reconciliation, and payments.
· Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
· Manages the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, and reconciling bank payments.
· Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting vendor relationships
Skills:
· Proficient in M.S Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for the preparation of various reports.
· Should be well-versed in handling all types of Accounting and Auditing Matters
· Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
· Understanding of financial and banking transaction flows
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating leadership qualities.
· High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
· Knowledge of Zoho would be an added advantage.
Qualifications for Accounting Manager
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or MBA - Finance preferred.
· 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role.
