Job Description

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Regularly update clients on project progress, deliverables, and challenges.

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, and marketing) to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure they align with client expectations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues, providing solutions to keep clients satisfied.

Sales and Upselling

  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or solutions to existing clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track project KPIs and ensure goals are met.
  • Provide detailed reports on project progress, client satisfaction, and financial metrics.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute account strategies to retain and grow client accounts.
  • Participate in strategic discussions to align client goals with SimplSoofferings.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelordegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Skilled in account management, client servicing, or a related role in an eCommerce or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, eCommerce, and headless commerce solutions is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (eg, Asana, Trello) and CRM software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
