Job Description

a Digital Marketing Account Manager who will ensure client satisfaction, retention, and measurable growth in online presence and lead generation through effective strategy, execution, and reporting.

Position: Account Manager
Location: HyderabadExperience Required: Minimum 2 years in Digital Marketing

Key Result Areas (KRAs) for a Digital Marketing Account Manager handling 20+ clients with responsibilities across SEO, SMM, websites, blogs, articles, GMB reviews, and lead generation:

1. Client Relationship & Retention Maintain strong, transparent, and trust-based relationships with all clients. Conduct regular review meetings (monthly/quarterly) to demonstrate ROI and progress. Achieve high client retention rate ( 90%). Act as the single point of contact and resolve issues promptly. 2. Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies for each client aligned with their business goals.

Ensure integrated planning across SEO, social media, content, website, and GMB. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g., PPC, automation, advanced analytics). 3. Delivery & Execution Oversight Ensure timely execution of SEO, SMM, content publishing, and GMB updates. Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all channels. Ensure websites are updated, technically optimized, and delivering smooth UX. Monitor content quality (blogs, articles) for relevance, keyword usage, and engagement. 4. Performance & Growth Metrics Drive measurable growth in: Website traffic (organic + referral + social). SEO rankings for target keywords. Social media engagement & reach. Lead generation (inquiries, form fills, calls, GMB actions). Track client KPIs via analytics dashboards and share performance reports. 5. Team & Workflow Management Coordinate with internal teams (designers, developers, SEO, writers, social media managers). Prioritize workload across 20+ clients to meet deadlines without quality drops. Implement SOPs for campaign execution, reporting, and approvals. 6. Quality Assurance

Review deliverables before client submission to ensure they meet brand tone, technical standards, and objectives.

Minimize errors, delays, or rework. Ensure all campaigns comply with platform guidelines (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). 7. Innovation & Market Awareness Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms. Suggest innovative campaigns, automation, or new platforms to keep clients ahead of competition. Benchmark clients performance against industry standards. 8. Reporting & Insights Deliver data-driven reports highlighting progress, insights, and next steps. Translate technical performance into simple, business-focused outcomes (ROI, leads, sales). Provide proactive recommendations for continuous improvement. 9. Business Development Handle new leads or referral enquiries for growing the business Liaison with technical team for analysis of the lead s current status online Additional incentive is payable per new deal signed
