About The Opportunity

A fast-growing player in the global staffing and professional services sector focused on delivering client-centric workforce and talent solutions. We partner with enterprise and mid-market customers to manage complex accounts, ensure service delivery, and drive recurring revenue growth through consultative engagement.We are hiring an on-site Account Manager in India to own customer relationships, expand revenue, and be the primary client-facing leader for assigned accounts.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of assigned client accounts and act as the primary on-site point of contact for relationship management and business growth.
  • Drive account growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell initiatives—meet or exceed revenue and retention targets.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans, identify expansion opportunities, and develop business cases with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (delivery, finance, product) to ensure SLA adherence, timely issue resolution, and high client satisfaction.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle: prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close renewals and amendments efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, produce regular pipeline forecasts and performance reports, and present account reviews to senior stakeholders.
