Account Manager

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Supervise and manage the accounts
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Finalization of monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts.
• Manage the preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and other financial statements.

Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations: GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI.
• Oversee filing of returns and timely payments of taxes.
• Liaise with tax consultants and auditors for statutory and internal audits.

Budgeting & MIS

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Track budget vs actuals and analyze financial performance.
• Generate regular MIS reports for management and stakeholders.

Team Leadership

• Assign roles and responsibilities within the accounts team.
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance reviews for team members.
• Drive process improvements and automation in accounting functions.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS/GAAP), GST, and Income Tax.
• Expertise in accounting software like Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, etc.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com / BBA)
• CA Inter / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role

Working Hours

• Standard business hours (with flexibility as needed during audits/closings)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
