About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our daily operations in the pharmaceutical sector. This role involves assisting with purchase coordination, basic accounts management, customer interaction, and providing timely, solution-driven responses across departments. This position is suitable for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in a structured, fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Purchase Coordination: Assist in managing supplier communications, placing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries. Maintain and update purchase logs and vendor databases. 2. Accounts Assistance: Support basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, data entry, and expense tracking. Work closely with the accounts team for timely documentation and reconciliations. 3. Customer Communication: Respond to customer queries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and prompt order fulfillment or issue resolution. 4. Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate operational records using Excel or similar tools. Generate basic reports and summaries to support internal decision-making. 5. Problem Solving: Take a proactive approach to address minor issues independently and escalate when needed. Support continuous improvement by suggesting practical, process-based solutions. Requirements: 1. Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools 2. Familiarity with basic accounting principles (training can be provided) 3. Good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach 4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable 5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under supervision 6.
