About the Role

Account Manager

Think of this role as equal parts strategist, analyst, and relationship architect someone who knows the numbers, understands the client, and can execute flawlessly.


Key Responsibilities

Client Ownership & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients.

• Understand business objectives and convert them into measurable campaign goals.

• Present performance reports, strategies, and insights regularly.

• Build long-term trust and contribute to account growth.

Campaign Strategy & Execution (Google & Meta)

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Meta Ads Manager, and retargeting funnels.

• Develop full-funnel ad strategies: awareness → consideration → conversion → retention.

• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding strategy planning, and ad copy review.

• Monitor budgets daily and ensure efficient pacing across platforms.

Performance Analytics

• Track KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.

• Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards to identify performance gaps.

• Build weekly/monthly business review decks with actionable insights.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with creatives, content, SEO, and operations teams for smooth execution.

• Ensure timely delivery of ad creatives, landing pages, and tracking setups.

• Work with the tech team to resolve tracking issues (UTMs, pixels, conversion API).

Account Growth

• Identify upselling opportunities—budget scaling, new platform suggestions, and campaign expansion.

• Recommend new ad formats, A/B tests, audience improvements, and funnel optimizations.


Required Skills & Experience

Google & Meta ad campaigns

• Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals.

• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

• Proficiency in:

– Google Ads Manager

– Meta Ads Manager

– Google Analytics / GA4

– Google Tag Manager

– MS Excel / Looker Studio (optional but preferred)
