Account Manager - Digital Marketing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for executing projects and day-to-day delivery of services to clients of the Growth Track. Leading a team through various managers and Team Leads, you will actively consult with clients to address challenges faced by businesses pursuing an online/offline strategy to enhance traffic, conversion rates, average order size, and visitor loyalty. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate basic knowledge of all areas of Digital Marketing such as Paid Campaigns, Social Media, SEO, and Website Development. - Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth with existing clients. - Manage all client communications, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with client deliverables. - Collaborate with planning and creative teams to develop and implement online/offline strategies. - Oversee program execution and financial performance while maintaining alignment with the overall strategy. - Manage projects effectively to meet Cost, Quality, and Timing targets. - Analyze search data and metrics to make informed decisions on campaign direction. - Monitor schedule performance index and cost performance index. - Coordinate with cross-functional departments to adhere to the time and action calendar. - Ensure quality checks are carried out throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide comprehensive training to team members, offering mentorship and guidance regularly. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in Client Servicing/Account Management is essential. - Ability to efficiently manage a large team. - Strong understanding of Google Algorithm Updates. - Capability to communicate technical changes to development teams effectively. - Excellent communication skills are a must.,
