We are seeking a skilled and proactive Client Service Manager/Project Manager to oversee client relationships and internal project execution for digital marketing campaigns. This role requires strong communication, planning, and coordination skills to ensure seamless delivery of projects across teams and time zones. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client expectations, allocating internal resources, and driving projects from initiation to completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based clients
Understand client objectives and gather detailed project requirements
Conduct regular client meetings, updates, and feedback sessions
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and relationship management
Lead project planning from kickoff to final delivery
Define scope, timelines, and resource allocation for each project
Maintain project documentation including briefs, schedules, and feedback logs
Track progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Allocate tasks across departments including design, content, SEO, and paid media
Conduct daily planning and stand-up meetings to align team efforts
Monitor task completion and proactively address delays or blockers
Foster collaboration and accountability across teams
Identify and resolve internal conflicts or misalignments
Review deliverables for quality and consistency before client submission
Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency
Ensure all work meets client expectations and agency standards
3 to 6 years of experience in client service management or project management within a digital marketing agency
Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, website development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with international clients
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in project management tools.
Willingness to work independently during US shift hours
Experience working with US-based clients or international accounts
Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and reporting tool
