We’re hiring a fast, organized, emotionally intelligent B2C Account Manager to manage 100–130 paying customers each month. What You’ll Own Manage a portfolio of 100–130 active B2C clients enrolled in our premium career programs Deliver 1:1 resume feedback, profile audits, and career strategy via email, WhatsApp, and CRM touchpoints Track each client’s progress across resume optimization, certifications, and interview completion Identify red flags early (non-engagement, confusion, buyer’s remorse) and re-engage clients with clarity Ensure every customer experiences high trust and momentum throughout the program Coordinate with support, AI delivery team, and internal recruiters to remove fulfillment bottlenecks Use Airtable + HubSpot to track status, automate touchpoints, and hit weekly retention and activation goals You’ll Thrive If You Have… 2–4 years of experience in high-volume client success, coaching, or B2C program delivery Experience managing 50–150 users at once with a CRM or dashboard system Clear written communication and strong follow-through — nothing slips through the cracks Empathy and authority — you know when to coach, when to push, and when to escalate Familiarity with career services, placement programs, edtech, or SaaS is a bonus Ability to work evenings or weekends (IST) to match client activity when needed What We Offer Remote-first global team with deep B2C experience Training, scripts, and frameworks to help you succeed at speed Exposure to high-performing professionals across tech, business, and design Rapid career growth — we scale people fast Monthly bonuses for customer outcomes and retention  CloudHire is where top candidates go to level up — and you’ll be the reason they stay. 🟢 Apply now.
