Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the accounts and financial operations of multiple industries from our head office. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep expertise in accounting principles, taxation, and financial management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Management: Handle end-to-end accounts for multiple industries under the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow projections.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning processes to support business growth.

• Taxation & Compliance: Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances, ensuring timely filings and audits.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the accounts team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fostering professional growth.

• Coordination: Work closely with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments to streamline financial operations.

• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in financial processes and implement effective systems for cost optimization and internal controls.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance preferred).

• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably managing diverse industries.

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance regulations.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting software.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams and multiple portfolios simultaneously.

• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
