Business Development Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and passionate about expanding business horizons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.

• Pitch products/services to prospective clients and conduct effective presentations.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms to close business deals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role (industry-specific experience preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
