About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic, business-minded Marketing Manager with strong B2B development experience in the plastic moulding and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing large-scale clients including FMCG, pharmaceutical, and food brands for whom we can design and manufacture plastic packaging and moulded products.


This is not a promotional or digital marketing role it is a strategic business development position, focused on building long-term partnerships and driving new project approvals with corporate clients.



Key Responsibilities


• Identify and onboard MNCs, FMCG, Pharma, and Food brands requiring plastic moulded products, packaging, or component development.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Purchase, R&D, and Packaging Development teams of target companies.

• Lead discussions from concept to order including sample development, costing negotiations, technical coordination, and approvals.

• Understand client needs and coordinate internally with the production, design, and quality teams to develop custom plastic components.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, samples, and quotations for new business pitches.

• Track and report new leads, enquiries, and project statuses on a weekly basis.

• Collaborate with management on strategic growth plans, pricing policies, and client-specific proposals.

• Represent the company at industry expos, trade fairs, and corporate meetings.




Desired Candidate Profile


• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing in plastic moulding, packaging, or manufacturing industry.


• Proven track record of client acquisition and project development with reputed brands.


• Strong technical understanding of injection moulding, blow moulding, IML, and PET packaging.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; capable of handling senior decision-makers.

• Self-driven, professional, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Preferably from industrial marketing / packaging background.



Education


• Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering (preferred).
