Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and building brand awareness in the construction and building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Manage branding, public relations, and content creation for various marketing channels.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing activities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2-3 years of proven experience in marketing management
Strong understanding of marketing tools, digital platforms, and current trends
Excellent communication ,leadership skills and organisational skills
Creative thinking and analytical mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

Marketing management: 1 year (Preferred)
