Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract new clients and investors, and support the company’s business growth objectives.

The role requires a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing, brand communication, and lead generation strategies within the real estate and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand, projects, and investment opportunities.
• Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Oversee social media management, website updates, and content creation to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Build and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
• Coordinate with the business development and sales teams to support lead generation and investor engagement.
• Plan and organize marketing events, exhibitions, and client engagement programs.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Represent the company at networking events and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications — preferably in real estate, construction, or investment sectors.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand positioning, and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and social media management.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for marketing events, site visits, and business meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
