Civil Project Manager

Company Profile: Melvic group is an Australian based construction company. We specialize in building Custom houses, Townhouses, Unit Developments and Knock down Rebuilds in Melbourne area and work under the clauses as per the Australian standards.

Job description:

• Monitoring project timelines and deadlines.
• Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records.
• Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports.
• Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules.
• Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
• Estimate site cost and retrieve take off from AutoCAD for the project
• Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system.
• Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner.
• Set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
• Recommending actions to keep projects within budget, and completed on time.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Required Candidate profile:

Good command of the English Language (MUST)

Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil or Diploma in Civil

Shift: Day: (05:00 am to 02:00 pm)

Working days - 5.5 Days (saturday will be half day)

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Preference : Residential or building experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
