Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and deliver construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning to completion, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
2. Contractor Management: Oversee contractor work, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
4. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
5. Quality Control: Ensure projects meet quality standards, codes, and regulations.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
