We are seeking a proactive Techno-Commercial Executive for our civil construction operations in Mayapuri Industrial Area. The role involves managing both technical assessments and commercial negotiations to ensure smooth execution of construction projects, timely deliveries, and cost control. Key Responsibilities: Technical: Review architectural and structural drawings for upcoming projects. Coordinate with contractors and site supervisors for quality assurance. Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC guidelines, and local regulations. Support project planning, scheduling, and site reporting. Commercial: Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and project quotations. Manage material procurement and vendor billing. Coordinate with finance for invoice submissions and payment follow-ups. Handle tender documents and assist in bid submissions for civil contracts. Coordination & Liaison: Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for execution clarity. Visit sites in Delhi-NCR for inspections, coordination, and issue resolution. Assist in contract finalization and work order preparation. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering. 3–5 years of techno-commercial experience in civil construction. Strong understanding of civil materials, construction rates, and contracts. Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP (preferred). Good negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
