Job Role:

1. Client Identification & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential corporate clients across industries who can benefit from our live streaming, hybrid event, video production, and digital marketing services.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of potential leads and decision-makers.
  • Use online platforms, LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals to find and connect with the right contacts.

2. Outreach & Meeting Generation

  • Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, emails, and networking.
  • Schedule and conduct presentations with marketing, communication, and event heads of target organizations.
  • Understand client needs, budgets, and timelines to qualify leads effectively.

3. Requirement Generation & Solution Pitching

  • Collaborate with internal events and technical teams to develop customized proposals.
  • Present tailored solutions that address client challenges.
  • Gather requirements clearly and translate them into actionable briefs for internal execution teams.

4. Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from requirement generation to deal closure.
  • Ensure profitability while maintaining client satisfaction and trust.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

5. Relationship Management & Account Growth

  • Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure client retention and repeat business.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • minimum of 6 months of experience

    in

    Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Client Acquisition

    roles, preferably in a B2B environment. (Freshers may apply for the Executive position)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelors / Postgraduate / Masters degree

    in Business, Marketing, or a related field
