The Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, including maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and leading projects to ensure client satisfaction. Key day-to-day tasks include client communication, project planning, coordinating with internal teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The Account Manager will also assist in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and provide strategic recommendations to clients. Qualifications Client Relationship Management and Project Management skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the real estate or technology industry is a plus Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
