Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Manager at snackexperts.com. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and managing day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, developing relationships, identifying and addressing client needs, and ensuring overall client success. Additional duties include working closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolving any issues that may arise. This is an on-site role located in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Ability to identify and address client needs proactively
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
