Job Description

Role Overview: As an Account Management & Sales Intern at the company, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing client relationships and driving sales initiatives. You will play a key role in nurturing client accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and contributing to overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. - Support the account management team in addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction. - Participate in client meetings and help prepare presentations and reports. - Identify potential clients and assist in outreach efforts. - Support the sales team in preparing proposals and sales materials. - Help track sales metrics and contribute to achieving targets. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. - Analyze client feedback and market data to inform strategies. - Assist in developing strategies to enhance client engagement and sales performance. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. - Assist in organizing client events and promotional activities. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or recent graduate. - Strong interest in account management and sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Prior internship or experience in sales or customer success is a plus.
