This role supports Account Managers by managing renewals, recurring services, and technology subscriptions, ensuring seamless client experiences and long-term satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for retention, growth, and process improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and client value.
