We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Accounts Executive to join our finance team. If you’re passionate about numbers, love solving financial discrepancies, and have a strong command of accounting software—this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
· Transaction Management
Record and manage daily financial transactions Maintain ledgers and reconcile accounts regularly
· Accounts Payable / Receivable
Process vendor/customer invoices and payments Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies
· Bank Reconciliation & Cash Flow Monitoring
Conduct regular bank reconciliations Monitor cash flow and report variances
· Financial Reporting
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Provide insights to support financial planning and analysis
· Tax Compliance
Support GST, TDS filings, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
· Vendor / Client Management
Manage vendor/client accounts and communications Handle reconciliations and resolve payment-related issues
What We’re Looking For:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· 2–3 years of relevant work experience
· Proficient in Tally, QuickBooks, and MS Excel
· Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
· Good communication and interpersonal abilities
