Trainer

Key Responsibilities


Training Delivery:

  • Conduct

    continuous process training

    to ensure employees are updated with organizational procedures, compliance, and best practices.
  • Deliver

    soft skills training

    including communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, customer/patient handling, and professional etiquette.
  • Facilitate induction and orientation programs for new hires to ensure smooth onboarding.


Content Development & Management:

  • Design, develop, and update training modules, presentations, and resource materials tailored to business and employee needs.
  • Leverage modern learning methodologies (role-plays, case studies, interactive sessions, e-learning tools).


Performance Monitoring & Evaluation:

  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-the-job performance.
  • Track learning progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Regularly report training outcomes and highlight areas of employee development to management.


Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with managers and department heads to identify training needs.
  • Provide coaching support to employees for performance enhancement.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, learning innovations, and best practices in training.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in training programs to maximize impact.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners in both classroom and virtual settings.
  • Knowledge of

    adult learning principles

    and modern training techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset to measure training effectiveness and employee progress.
  • Flexibility to travel across different regions as per organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably HR, Psychology, Education, or related fields).
  • Certification in training & facilitation (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in

    process training

    and

    soft skills training

    (2–4 years).
