Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring efficient HR management. The role involves working closely with departments to support the workforce, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and handling employee concerns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Recruitment experience is a must.
