Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Specialist. Responsibilities include overseeing human resources functions such as managing HR policies, implementing employee benefits programs, and supporting personnel management. The HR Specialist will also handle daily HR tasks, ensure compliance with employment regulations, support recruitment processes, and contribute to creating a positive work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update HR records, contracts, and employee documentation.
  • Assist in creating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with department heads on performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
  • Support in payroll processing.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support in a timely, professional manner.
  • Organize team engagement activities and promote a positive remote work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards in all operational regions.
  • Contribute to HR reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years

     of experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
  • Strong understanding of 

    HR practices

    recruitment

    , and 

    employment compliance

    .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in 

    HRIS tools

    Google Workspace

     or 

    Microsoft 365

    , and 

    applicant tracking systems (ATS)

    .
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage HR functions in a 

    remote-first environment

    .
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
