Role Description


Remote Bookkeeping & HR Coordinator


Qualifications


  • Accurately record and categorize all financial transactions.
  • Import and reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Match incoming transactions with existing records in accounting software.
  • Generate and maintain monthly/quarterly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist with invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Prepare and process payroll for employees and contractors.
  • Maintain audit-ready financial records.
  • Support the external accountant with required documentation.
  • Financial Statements, Bookkeeping, and Accounting Software skills
  • Experience in handling finance-related tasks and journal entries
  • Knowledge of HR coordination and payroll processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Respond to general HR and admin-related emails from team members.
  • Monitor daily online activity/status of remote team members and report anomalies.
  • Communicate with team members regarding attendance, performance, and conduct.
  • Organize and maintain employee records and HR documents.
  • Assist in hiring team members, onboarding and offboarding processes..
  • Prepare and review promotion documents and self-assessments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all HR-related communication.
