Zonal Sales Manager

You will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities across the zone and developing direct/channel/new client acquisition strategies to achieve zonal targets. Additionally, you will work on increasing business volumes through secondary and tertiary sales with the sales team. It is crucial to ensure the achievement of project sales revenue by maintaining a robust pipeline and establishing direct connections with key developers and specifiers. You will also need to build relationships with key Distributors, focus on faster TAT, and implement cross-selling initiatives to expand the client base. Furthermore, you are expected to monitor the zonal market and competitive offerings regularly, reporting on emerging trends and business opportunities for the mortgage segment to the head office. Engaging with channel partners and establishing a touchpoint management system for improved customer connectivity will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will work on enhancing sales force capability through collaboration with the HR Team for training and development interventions. Providing short- and long-term market forecasts, as well as generating customer insights to shape future products, will be essential. Finally, conducting engagement programs and sales training to empower channel partners will also be required.
