Job Description

Leverage Edu is seeking an experienced and high-performing Zonal Manager – Maharashtra to oversee our offline centres across Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, and Nashik. This role demands full ownership of centre operations, business performance, team management, local marketing, and P&L accountability. The ideal candidate will bring a strong execution mindset, team leadership experience, and the ability to drive results across diverse city-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

Zone Leadership: Lead overall operations for all offline centres across the Maharashtra zone.Centre Oversight: Supervise and support Centre Managers in ensuring seamless student experience, compliance, and daily functioning.P&L Management: Take complete ownership of the zone's Profit & Loss — drive revenue growth while maintaining cost efficiency.Sales Target Achievement: Lead centre-level sales efforts to meet and exceed admission targets and conversion goals.BTL Marketing Execution: Plan and execute below-the-line (BTL) activities such as school/college outreach, education fairs, seminars, and local brand activations to increase walk-ins and awareness.Performance Management: Track KPIs for each centre, identify gaps, and take corrective action in coordination with Centre Managers.Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor centre-level staff to ensure high-performance culture.Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with the Director – Offline Department and collaborate with marketing, academics, product, and tech teams for smooth regional functioning.Market Understanding: Stay abreast of competitor activities, student preferences, and regional trends to adjust strategy accordingly.

What You Bring

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Management or a related field.6–10 years of experience in multi-centre operations; experience in the education, edtech, or retail/service industry is preferred.Proven ability to lead teams, manage business operations, and deliver against revenue targets.Strong understanding of BTL marketing and regional market dynamics.Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel extensively within the Maharashtra region.
