Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Manager located in Kalsi. The Zonal Manager will oversee the operations of multiple Kendras within the assigned zone, ensuring service delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities include managing franchise relationships, driving sales and revenue targets, and implementing strategic initiatives. The Zonal Manager will also be tasked with training and supervising branch staff, monitoring performance metrics, and addressing operational challenges.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in sales, customer service, and operations management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Proficiency in using technology and digital tools
Knowledge of financial services and products
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Experience in the financial inclusion or banking sector is a plus
