Zonal Manager

In this role as a CSR Livelihood Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects across India with a focus on achieving impact and financial goals on a quarterly basis. Your role will involve optimizing funding and revenue for all projects, coordinating with regional managers for project implementation, and ensuring adherence to necessary systems and regulations. Additionally, you will be required to motivate teams, resolve conflicts effectively, and oversee the entire student lifecycle management process from mobilization to placement. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for strategic planning, development of new ideas for project success, and visiting project locations for evaluation will also be key aspects of your role. Your main objective will be to ensure efficient utilization of teams and resources for project optimization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee projects across India to ensure milestone achievement - Ensure impact and financial goals are met quarterly - Optimize funding and revenue for all projects - Coordinate with regional managers for project implementation - Ensure adherence to necessary systems and regulations - Motivate teams and resolve conflicts effectively - Oversee student lifecycle management from mobilization to placement - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for strategic planning - Develop new ideas for project success - Visit project locations for evaluation - Ensure efficient utilization of teams and resources **Qualifications Required:** - Educational Qualification: Computer Graduate/Post Graduate (Exceptional graduates with a 1-year IT diploma and strong skills may be considered) - Experience: 12-15 years in any professional stream, with at least 8 years as a CSR Project Manager - Center Management: Experience in managing centers, preferably in the social sector - Leadership: Proven ability to manage large teams across India - Passion for Social Sector: Strong motivation to contribute to social impact - Organized & Structured: Methodical approach to work and decision-making - Proactive & Resilient: Takes initiative with a never-give-up attitude - People-Oriented: Extroverted, skilled in handling and motivating diverse employees - Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel as required You will work full-time in a day shift at the company's in-person location.
