Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute zonal admission strategies to meet enrollment targets
Lead outreach initiatives for schools and colleges
Drive student recruitment through events, exhibitions, fairs, and counseling workshops
Manage and mentor a team of Admission Officers/Counselors
Build and maintain relationships with schools and institutional stakeholders
Oversee admission operations and ensure policy compliance
Track admission metrics and prepare performance reports

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in student engagement, outreach, and lead generation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Background:

Experience in Education / EdTech / Admissions domain
Willingness to travel within the assigned zone
