This is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Specialist located in Jabalpur. As a Telesales Specialist at DBNPE, you will be responsible for customer service, communication, sales, customer support, and training to promote financial inclusion through our services. The ideal candidate for this position should possess Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Support skills, along with effective communication and training skills. Previous experience in sales or customer support roles is required, as well as the ability to build rapport with customers. Knowledge of financial products or services would be a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred for this role.,
