Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Lucknow. Responsibilities include engaging with customers via phone to promote and sell company products and services, addressing customer inquiries, and providing solutions to improve customer satisfaction. The role also involves assisting in customer onboarding, maintaining accurate customer records, and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to address inquiries and enhance the customer experience.
• Excellent Communication and Training skills, with the ability to effectively convey messages and assist in developing customer knowledge.
• Proven Sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed individual and team targets.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in telesales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent experience is also considered.
