Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Lucknow. The Telesales Specialist will actively engage with potential and existing clients to identify their needs, provide solutions, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting the company's services, maintaining customer relationships, and following up on leads. The role also involves addressing client inquiries, providing quality customer support, and meeting established performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Experience in providing training to clients and team members
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant practical experience is preferred
