Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Executive located in Lucknow. The Office Executive will handle administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, assist with customer service, and maintain accurate accounting and record-keeping. Daily responsibilities include managing communications, organizing schedules, coordinating office activities, and providing support to team members and clients as needed.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage organizational tasks and schedules.
Basic Accounting skills for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting budgeting processes.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. Female Candidates Only.
