Job Description

Key Responsibilities –

Manage Queries

Oversee prompt and professional responses to all incoming queries.
Redirect specific or unresolved queries to the relevant team member and ensure timely closure.

Coordinate and Schedule Calls

Liaise with candidates to understand their availability and schedule calls accordingly.
Ensure calendar invites and reminders are sent to maintain timely communication.

Monitor and Maintain a Call Database

Supervise logging of all completed calls in an organized tracker (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM).
Ensure all essential details are accurately recorded for easy reference and reporting.

Oversee Documentation

Review and finalize required documents (e.g., confirmation letters, onboarding kits, payment receipts).
Ensure timely sharing of documents and maintain updated internal records.

Candidate Communication and Program Support

Guide the team in making follow-up calls to share program details and address candidate concerns.
Support candidates throughout the enrollment process by clarifying doubts and ensuring a seamless experience.

Manage WhatsApp Communications

Oversee saving candidate contact information and creation of dedicated WhatsApp groups for smooth communication.

Attend and Supervise Calls

Participate in scheduled calls as required and oversee note-taking and follow-ups.
Ensure all ongoing activities are aligned with MYC’s objectives and service standards.
