Job Description

Responsible for P&L for the Location Top line Bottom line ABV Margin for the Location P&L
Inventory Management
Marketing Activities to scale up business.
Driving the Store Metrics OTD Complaints Write off On time picking etc.
Responsible for ensuring recruitment and managing attrition with the help of HR.
Manpower Planning
Initiatives to improve efficiency.
Monitor and analyses the reports to achieve metrics.
Rewards and Recognition
Vendor management Delivery Partners and Security, Housekeeping
Process Adherence
Competition Tracking
Work Environment and Safety Management

Who are we looking for?

10 - 15 experience years with 5 years experience at Manager role
Impressive knowledge in the retail & ecommerce industry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology.
Strong Analytical skills
A motivated, self-directed individual that works well with minimal supervision.
Experience in organizational communication (internal and external)
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to others; write reports, business correspondence, project plans, procedural documents.
