Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager to develop and execute supply chain strategies to drive business growth, reduce costs, and improve efficiency

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute supply chain strategies to drive business growth, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution operations.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance supply chain resilience.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain management, with proven track record of driving strategic initiatives.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive change and innovation in supply chain operations.
