Job Description

Develop and manage raw material plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
Collaborate with Procurement to share forecasts with suppliers and communicate monthly variances.
Support new product introductions and tenders by scenario planning and ensuring raw material readiness.
Identify and assess supplier constraints and risks to inform monthly Supply Reviews.
Lead all aspects of international and domestic transportation for APIs/drug substance, drug product, and finished goods across global markets.
Develop freight strategies that balance cost, service, and risk, including partnerships with ocean, air, and ground carriers.
Oversee temperature-controlled and cold chain logistics, ensuring GDP compliance.Provide leadership for site warehouse operations, including raw materials, intermediates, drug product, and finished goods.
Oversee weighing and dispensing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and safety.
Develop and own the Inventory strategy and replenishment policies for the PU, bringing the Global Planning Playbook to life for the PU
Ensure strategies are written, agreed and driven for updating finished good segmentation, working Planning Delivery Leads to sign off.
Manage safety stock strategy ensure this is carried out to global requirements with assessment of impacts and approval from necessary planning and market customers
Own and ensure appropriate inventory planning data is updated in line with global planning governance requirements.
