Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:

  Define and execute the organizations central supply chain strategy aligned with business goals.

• Planning & Forecasting:

  Drive demand forecasting, supply planning, and capacity management across multiple manufacturing units.

• Procurement & Sourcing:

  Oversee raw material and packaging material procurement, vendor development, and cost negotiations to ensure uninterrupted supply.

• Logistics & Distribution:

  Optimize inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse management, and distribution network for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Inventory Management:

  Establish and monitor inventory norms, minimize working capital, and ensure optimal stock levels.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with sales, operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure end-to-end supply chain integration.

• Technology & Automation:

  Lead initiatives in digital transformation, ERP, and advanced supply chain tools for visibility and efficiency.

• Sustainability & Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to sustainability initiatives, ompliance standards, and ethical sourcing practices.

• Team Leadership:

  Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing central supply chain team; drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• KPI Management:

  Deliver on key supply chain metrics – cost, service levels, lead times, and operational excellence.

• Strong expertise in

  supply chain planning, procurement, and logistics

  in a multi-plant manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in

  cost optimization, vendor management, and large-scale distribution management

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable supply chain plans.
• Hands-on experience with

  ERP systems, SAP, and advanced analytics tools

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of progressive experience in

  Supply Chain Management

  , preferably in large-scale manufacturing setups (Packaging, FMCG, Automotive, Pharma, Consumer Durables).
• MBA from a reputed institute with specialization in Supply Chain/Operations.
• Strong exposure to

  multi-plant, multi-location supply chain setups
