- Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end ocean freight operations (FCL, LCL, Breakbulk) and ensure timely and cost-effective cargo movement.
- Customer Service: Manage key accounts, provide shipment updates, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations executives and customer service staff.
- Carrier Management: Build and maintain relationships with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and agents to secure capacity and favorable rates.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accuracy of documentation (BL, DO, COO, etc.) and compliance with EXIM regulations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (on-time delivery, cost per TEU, customer complaints, etc.) and implement corrective actions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and work with sales to achieve revenue targets.
