1. Ensure 100% compliance with

   IATF 16949

   standards, audits, and documentation.
2. Minimize downtime through rapid troubleshooting of

   PLC, robotics, and power electronics

3. Implement

   TPM/Lean

   initiatives to improve OEE and reduce MTTR/MTBF.
4. Manage spare parts inventory and vendor contracts for critical components.
5. Train teams on safety, new tech, and IATF protocols.
6. Drive energy-saving projects (motor drives, HVAC) to cut operational costs.
7. Conduct

   root cause analysis (RCA/FMEA)

   for chronic equipment failures.
8. Oversee installation/commissioning of new machinery.
9. Collaborate with production/R&D for process optimization.
10. Ensure adherence to

    OSHA/NFPA

    safety standards.
11. Report on maintenance KPIs (downtime, costs, compliance) to senior management.

17.Perform preventive maintenance using CMMS tools.

Knowledge and Skills Required

1. Expertise in

   industrial electrical systems, PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley), hydraulics, and pneumatics

2. Hands-on experience with

   automation, robotics, and precision calibration tools

   .
3. Strong knowledge of

   IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and safety standards (OSHA/NFPA)

   .
4. Proficiency in

   CMMS software

   (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) and data-driven maintenance.
5. Analytical mindset with experience in

   OEE tracking and Six Sigma methodologies

6. Mechanical systems knowledge (hydraulics, pneumatics, Screw tightening ( Atlas Capco , Estic , , Auto gluing machine Graco , Leak Testing Machines, Ateq, FukudaCosmoo Etc )
