About the Role

We are seeking a Zoho One Developer to optimize, customize, and expand our use of the Zoho One ecosystem. The role will focus on supporting Zoho G6 apps, consolidating workflows, and combining multiple functions into fewer apps for a seamless, efficient system across sales, finance, logistics, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Zoho One Customization & Support
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Zoho One applications (CRM, Books, Inventory, Analytics, Creator, Projects, Flow, People, etc.).
• Implement Deluge scripting and workflows to automate repetitive tasks.
• Manage user roles, profiles, and data permissions.
• App Consolidation within Zoho One
• Audit business processes to identify overlapping functions across apps.
• Where possible, merge workflows into CRM, Creator, or other core apps to reduce app sprawl.
• Design unified dashboards and reporting across departments using Zoho Analytics & Zia.
• Integration & Automation
• Build automations and API connections between Zoho One apps and approved external systems (e.g., Xero, Shopify, Office 365, Google Workspace).
• Create Zoho Flow or custom API integrations to keep data synced.
• Develop Creator apps to handle unique business requirements not covered by default Zoho apps.
• Process Optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document workflows and re-design processes.
• Recommend system enhancements that reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
• Enable forecasting & business insights through data modeling in Analytics.
• Data & Reporting
• Manage data migration, cleansing, and synchronization across Zoho apps.
• Create KPI dashboards for sales, inventory, logistics, and financial performance.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho One ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Flow, Analytics).
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting, custom functions, and API integrations.
• Proven track record of consolidating apps & workflows inside Zoho One.
• Good understanding of business process automation (sales, supply chain, finance, HR).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with Australian companies – familiarity with GST, BAS, invoicing standards, and compliance requirements.

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of third-party integrations (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, Xero, ).
• Experience with ERP-style implementations inside Zoho.
• Familiarity with forecasting & AI tools within Zoho (Zia).

Success Metrics (KPIs)

• % of workflows automated inside Zoho One.
• Reduction in duplicate apps/tools used.
• Speed of report generation & accuracy of forecasts.
• User adoption rates and satisfaction scores.
• System uptime & support issue resolution times.
