In this role, your mission is to leverage data analysis and AI tools to provide insights that inform workforce management strategies. You will make a direct impact by:

• Conducting comprehensive data analysis to optimize workforce performance, productivity, and utilization.
• Forecasting staffing needs and resource allocation using historical data and predictive modeling.
• Utilizing AI tools to automate reporting and enhance data accuracy and accessibility for key stakeholders.

This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

You have 2+ years of experience in workforce analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

• You are proficient in data analysis tools and workforce management software, with an emphasis on AI applications.
• You have strong proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

Non-Negotiables:

• You have strong analytical skills and an excellent attention to detail.
• You are capable of conveying complex data insights to diverse audiences.
• You can work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
