About the Opportunity
A specialist firm operating in the HR Technology and Workforce Management sector, delivering Workday HCM implementations, payroll automation and integrations for enterprise and mid-market clients. We drive end-to-end HRIS transformation—designing integration architectures that connect payroll vendors, time systems and downstream finance systems in hybrid cloud environments.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end Workday HCM payroll integrations—translate business requirements into scalable integration architectures using EIB, Studio and Core Connectors.
• Build, configure and test integrations with payroll vendors and downstream systems (file-based, SOAP/REST APIs, SFTP), ensuring payroll data accuracy and on-time runs.
• Develop and maintain Workday Integration artifacts: Studio orchestrations, XSLT/XML mappings, EIB templates, and web service configurations.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, implement fixes and drive continuous improvement in monitoring, logging and error-handling processes.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Security and Infrastructure teams to validate data flows, SLAs and compliance requirements across global and regional payroll processes.
• Document integration designs, runbooks and deployment checklists; mentor junior consultants and enforce integration best practices and change-control discipline.
