Primary hiring title: Salesforce Developer (Apex & Lightning)

About the Opportunity
A technology-driven company operating in the talent-acquisition and HR technology sector, building scalable recruitment platforms and automation that improve hiring velocity and candidate experience. We’re hiring hands-on Salesforce engineers to deliver enterprise-grade CRM solutions, integrations, and custom workflows that power sales and recruiting operations across India (on-site).

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to meet business requirements.
• Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware), ensuring secure, reliable data flows.
• Author efficient SOQL/SOSL queries, optimize performance, and implement governor-limit-aware solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Salesforce DX, change-sets/tools, and Git-based workflows.
• Lead data migration, ETL tasks, and bulk processing with Data Loader or ETL tools, ensuring data integrity and validation.
• Write unit tests, maintain code coverage, troubleshoot production issues, and document technical design and runbooks.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) in production environments.
• 5 Years of experience in LWC
• Strong experience in Apex and Triggers
• Experience with Integrations and customizations
• 5 to 8 Salesforce certification is Mandatory.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, OAuth) and writing secure API clients/endpoints.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, SOQL/SOSL, sharing model, and governor limits.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD practices, Git, and automated deployment processes.
• Experience with data migration and bulk operations (Data Loader, ETL tools) and solid unit testing practices.
• Platform Developer I certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise.

Preferred

• Platform Developer II, Salesforce Integration Architect, or other advanced certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Sales Cloud customizations.
• Familiarity with middleware (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi) or Heroku/AWS integrations and event-driven architectures.
